Ripoff Lying about the loan payment schedule

My husband and I went through Countrywide this past august to purchase a house. Since we weren't closing until Aug. 11th we were told that our payments wouldn't be due until October 1st.

Well a few days after we closed and all the papers were signed, now mind you, that the title company, the loan company, and our realtor all told us that our payment is not due until October first, did we receive a bill.

This bill stated that our first payment was due September 1st, so we had the house for not even a full month before they wanted us to pay.

It seems the loan processor at that time decided for herself that she wanted us to do a short pay which we never heard about until we received the bill.

When I called the loan company, they said we should have paid closer attention during our closing. Well if anyone has been in there you know how fast it goes and when they tell you it says your payment is not due until October 1st you tend to believe them.

So we are still fighting with them and getting it corrected since now all our finances are screwed up. Our loan officer (Jenny Lack) advised me that if it's after the 10th day of the month they aren't suppose to do short pays unless the customer asks for it. Well I never did and have no clue who would.

I spoke with her manager and she yelled at me saying it's my fault, not their's not their loan processors but mine and my husband's so now Monday I will be calling the president of the company, to see what he will do for me, if not I will be telling them to sell my mortgage to someone else.
