They call you by telephone advertising a visa or master card for a fee of 300 dollars which they debit. They thank you by giving free gift certificates! Completly fradulent not one thing is free. Thousand dollar shopping, 3 day vacation, 30 free voicemail, computer, grocery coupons, aircheck, 100 dollar gas voucher and worst of all no visa or master card is ever received, not even an application.
