I was a friend of Brandon Stevens, a very experienced mortgage broker at Wakefield Lending. So experienced, that he knew exactly how to make the most money off of me while lying to my face the whole time.

I was told there would be no origination fee and in fact, there was. He hid the cost in the costs the seller was paying. I would not get return phone calls for several days to a week. I was never explained the loan program I would be getting. I was told that I needed to get into a higher rate now and would refinance in a month or two. It never happened.

After several attempts at trying to resolve these problems with Brandon Steven and even the President of the company, there was no resolution.

A friend that I referred to Brandon prior to his negligence experienced the same dissatifaction with service.
