Ripoff

I was telephoned on my new phone around a month 1/2 ago. They said that I was pre-approved for a Master Card with a two thousand dollar limit. The catch was I had to pay $249.00 dollars that will be electronically taken from my checking account on a certain day. Days have passed and they guarnteed me that my card was sent USPS by no later than 11/10. I've called and asked why I have not recieved my master card in the mail.

The phone operator keeps telling me that it has been processed. I call now and I just get a recording or I am on hold for a long time and the phone will be disconnected on their end and I will have to keep calling back.
