Ripoff They have been making UNAUTHORIZED carges of $79.95 to my credit card since 2002

I noticed a $79.95 charge on a credit card I no longer use. I called and was told they would credit me for the charge. Then I find that they have been making these charges since 2002.

I talked to four different people for nearly an hour trying to get all charges refunded. They refused and would not provide me with any phone numbers of top management, nor even an e-mail address to the company. I was told the only thing I could do was send a writen request via the US Mail, or send them a fax.

I gave them my phone number and requested the someone in a position able to help me please call me within an hour. No call was received.

I was told that I had signed up for their "Free Trial" service, (which I had not) and that if I wished to discontue service was my duty to inform them within some short period of time. This is clearly a case of unauthorized use of a credit card, and is designed so that the consumer will easily miss the the amount being charged the their account.
