Fraudulent use of bank details

I've obtained a cost out of this organization who inform me they're prepared to cope with my criticism, I can't get any response regardless of how often I email them. I should have utilized an age proof site, for craigslist, in London so when informed I had been not likely to be billed anything more, my account was debited by three businesses, at £30 a go, another two have settled me back, and responded to my emails, but ISBILLSUPPORT hasn't got back in my experience and therefore are however eliminating resources from my bill. Somebody must inform the regulators, since these scammers are theives too.
