Centurian Credit Cards
Centurian Financial Took $249.50 from my account I have not heard from them since phone always busy

I was told that I would receive a credit card that had no interest or fees for the first year, They took $249.50 from my acount on 10/22/04. I was told I would have this credit card in 21 days after they received their payment. (11/15) I have not heard a thing from them and each time I have called the line is busy, nor any correspondence from them.

What action can I take? They have my banking account # from which they took the $249.50.
