Was informed by PNC we're able to refinance our house, they refused us simply because they stated no body was keeping our PMI, that we spend $200.00 monthly. We've gotten only the run-around! They're liars, deceptive and inexperienced. It would appear that those that continue to be spending their mortgages promptly having a silly rate of interest, would be the types being attached by the corporation and Also The Federal Government!
