Billfloat Smartpay
Unauthorized transactions

I borrowed a telephone thru billfloat smartpayis program at metro pcs. I went in the store todo the transaction. The set me up for 6 funds, using the first being that evening, jan 3. Another 5 funds could be due the hands down the month afterwards. Nowadays, jan 5, i came across they went into my account and charged me 2 more initial funds. You cant get ahold of them to the telephone, i wonder why? And emails, that aint happening and that i study at other forums when they do react, you still obtain the runaround. They're a scam and makes me wonder why city pcs does business with them.
