Quy is a smooth operator who lies to get the confidence. Your company will get a bill different that what he promised. He stole money from sales people who work for this company. He is dishonest not to be trusted. My friend tried to tell me but I don't listen. Many times police have come to business because Quy rips them off. Not sure how he stays in business but please no trust this man. He is also a sexual harassment of workers. Steal money from people who work for him and never pay you.
