Rip-off always treatening foreclosure, refuse acknoledge errors

On 1998 they made charges to the account without notifying us.
On february I received a check back uncashed from Ocwen. I called to find out. They said the account was on foreclosure i asked why. Up until now (january) they still have no provided an adecuate answer. At least they say that they did not receive a payment but i dont belelve them anymore. They dropped the case in court 5 month later. Very bad service. A a very very long story. Lets take a "class action", sue them in court.
