Whoever this company is, debited my account for $30 without my authorization. There is no phone number associated with this information - I can't find any information about this company on the intern unknown

My bank account was debited $30 without my authorization. I am not able to locate anything information from this company other than the name ASSI EPAY PPD. This had caused my account to go NSF. I do not want this to occur in the future. Any suggestion that I could do to avoid this? Please advise
