Payment terms not as informed when applying. Deposit was made on 11/14 then they took &150 on 11/30, 12/21 twice

On 11/14 i borrowed from One Click Cash. I understood the terms to be $150 every 30 days til repaid $500. ON 11/30 $150 was withdrawn from my act. Then on 12/21 they withdrew $150.00 twice.
Because of medical bills I have not been able to repay the original amount. This company is nothing more than Loan Sharks. I can not talk to anyone and was told to go to this web page www.complianceoneclickcash.com.
That only led me to this. How can I get this stopped and talk to someone there about this matter other than closing my checking account?
