Consumer Financial Resources AKA Encore Financial You've been randomly selected for your good credit and will get $500 into your bank account ripoff

I got a call saying I had been randomly selected for my good credit in their promotional program. I would get $500 deposited into my account within 48 hours and they would withdrawl $199.95 a few days afterwards.

Pretty stupid of me to believe that, right? I had had a few drinks and I repeatedly asked them, "So, the $500 will be deposited BEFORE the charge of $199.95?" They assured me several times that it would.

Then I went through the authorization recording.in any case, the $500 was obviously never deposited, the $199.95 was billed and shows up on my statement as "Check" instead of a company name.

I just read the other report on this scam company from Linda in Dayton, Nevada. I have an idea! By law, I am quite certain that no contract or agreement is legal if the signer is under the influence. I was under the influence (alcohol) but Linda can lie if she wants (they lied to her after all).

In any case, their agreement to me was that they would deposit $500 into my account and they didn't (they even said within 48 hours). I will raise all the hell I can until my money is refunded. And they are responsible for the over-drawn $32 fee since they said they were giving me money first.

Please give me some advice. Thank you.
