Ripoff Told me I got a loan but had to send money for insurance on loan

Was contacted by Olivia Frazier of Kingsway Associates regarding a $5000 loan i was approved for. Faxed me the information and stated that i had to send money for insurance policy in case something happened to me that i couldnt make the payments.

Which i did. Got a call back after i sent money stating that there was a mistake on the original insurance qoute and i needed to send another $500. I did and then no money was in my account on the follwing Monday. After that i finally got ahold of them and told them to send my money back. They said it would take 4 to 6 weeks. Havent seen it.
