Debtcare USA says they are FTC compliant and charge what ever your state allows 15-25%. The truth is they charge 25%. You can find a company that would do it for 15% or less and do a good job. They preach this service of an Advocate that will teach you how to talk to creditors when your behind and you can make money for any infractions the collections company makes. This adds more money you pay them and never really keeps the creditors at bay. There are more reputable and honest companies out there. Debtcare USA bombard people and have no regard for Do not call list and should be investigated by the FCC. Ask them about that if they ever call you, just save your money and dont go with them as they will not help you accept to spend your money faster and sooner than anyone else and more than likely they will not settle it for much less than you can do on your own.
