Late payment fee and non-payment fees

Our charge card which was setup for automatic funds to Nationwide Exercise had terminated plus they charged me a late charge along with a check delivered charge without telling me of any non payment of fees. Moreoever, the membership was on month-to-month along with a non payment of fees suggests that the participant doesn't wish to continue the account. Hardly understand why we'd owe the these costs to being with.

Named them and got a boss from the title Ammon. He explained that it's their regular exercise and can't renounce it.
