After researching Ultra Mortgage and all other banks/lenders nationally, we went back to Ultra Mortgage due to their professonalism, integrity, pricing, and positive references about them published in the Wall Street Journal. We have since refinanced with them strictly because of the great service and honesty that they provided the first time around. I researched in depth as to their reputation and history and found that they have never been taken to court regarding a prior client. Unfortunately, there are individuals with a chip on their shoulder and/or will never be satisfied that have too much time on their hands and seem to spend their excess time looking for a reason to knock others down (they revel in other's losses).
