Support went from dubious to poor once we advanced thourh the mortgage process. We'd to pay for a non refundable evaluation charge of $425. No body evaluated the home! There have been numerous problems in obtaining the final completed correctly. The newest point I am coping with is my prepaid escrow of $1833.22 they forgot to set up my escrow account. I have been working-this problem for 2-3 weeks. Next stop is just a lawyer. I wonder just how many individuals get cut of by not monitoring the final resources and wherever they have to proceed.
