Uyer beware i bought my home thru beneficial mortage of virginia when i did the paper work i disclosed my medical condition and the manager said it was no problem 6 months later i had a heartattack and they canceled my insurance and said i give false information then i had 4 bypasses and another heart attack and i wen and ask them to help me in some kind of way i was told there was a hardship loan with them but it neverhappened i asked several time to refinance or something to bring my payments down i allways got the run around and the end result was i ahd to file bankruptcy because of the lies frome theses people i went and told them what i was doing and the manager got all upset and they did nothing to help again so after i filed for bankruptcy they contacted my lawyer wanting to help me and my lawyer told them noway because i would have to redo the loan so if u plan on refinancing your home or buying a home beware of beneficial theyare ripoo artist and if u do and something happens u might as well talk to the telephone post out died of your house untill you get in the position they got me in then they want to talk after it is to late
