Tried to get a creditcard or acct number with a zero or negative balance from me

An indian sounding male used a block number to call me and tried to get my number...

He said my name was chosen to recieve a free grant of $7000 to use towards bills only - then tried to get some account information from me-promising that the money would hit my account with 45 minutes.

When I said this sounded to good to be true and started asking questions he immediately got rude and tried to slur my mother... Call me names... Etc - He especially got mad when I said "I wanted to check this out before divulging any such info to an unknown caller that was using a blocked number. I googled the site he claimed to represent (FEDERALGRANTS.com) and got the following info:
