Gil Goren The prices chared for the product were excessive and salesman misrrepresentation

I contacted Merit Financial to order a few gold and silver coins. I was told by the salesman, Gil Goren, on which the best deals were and that Merit Financial prices were equal or lower than other vendor's prices on comparable coins. I placed my order.

After further reasearch, I found that the prices charged by Merit Financiial were approximately 10% more than other vendors.

Also, I wired the money and they said shipping would occur in 12 days. It took over a month.

I had a refund coming. Gil told me the refund check would be sent with my order. It was not. I still have not received the refund check.

Do not deal with Merit Financial or Gil Goren. You can find better service and pricing with many other reputable vendors.

In addition, it is inapproiate in my opinion for Gil to refer to religion or God in his emails to customers. It seems that Merit Financial does not monitor there salesman's practices. Beware!!!
