Burned my hair, did highlights wrong

I'm not returning. The stylist there, that I preferred, and respected, dumped my hair, understood she did it, attempted to hide that and so I would not observe, burnt my stops, subsequently needed to reduce it. Created like she did not observe, since it was overdue in her change. Named me recently, requesting me why I did not return! Am I silly? Subsequently, after I informed her, did not actually provide to fix it! I am pissed! And much more upset concerning the audacity, and insufficient caring
