Cancellation of order

Please cancel my order i have tried to reach by phone and was put on hold for next advailable oper. Today is my cut off date for cancellation of future shipments. I have tried up until 11:26pm on oct 25 to cancel. Was not sucessful by way of phone all day, tried to email, so please cancel my orders!!! Not able to afford at this time.
