Walmart on 8th street colorado springs, corp... I've previously quit utilizing drugstore because of them dropping my prescription.

Today, the jewelry department has completely dropped my company because of customer support and never realizing there work. I recently had some bands on layaway that have been compensated entirely on 9/20 that have been designed to venture out for sizing 24 hours later. On 9/20 we endured in-line to create our ultimate cost for 11/2 hours to obtain one to assist us.

We finally got a mgr Sharon to assist us and he or she approved our pmt and measured my bands and stated they'd venture out for sizing following day.

NICELY, we ceased in on 10/03 to check on position of my bands... The lady ultimately discovered them-and these were resting within the base of the cabinet and not sent! We were informed people she might deliver them out also it could be another 4-6 months, Your compant definately must learn to handle there clients better,

I received an overall total reimbursement of $329.00 and that I brings my company elsewhere... Diane Bohne
