Sleekhair.com never delivered - Goldwell Elumen High-Performance Haircolor - RR @ ALL

I waited 3 weeks to never receive a small container of hair dye. I was lied to several times by customer service reps, twice telling me specific dates to expect the package which never showed, and once telling me that my package had been reordered. 1 week later when i called back to see where my reordered package was, turns out it had never been reordered. Noone there knows what's going on, and noone is willing to take blame. Today I asked for a refund, and am taking my business to Amazon. Listen to the bad reviews, i chose to ignore them due to the really great reviews... Turns out i made the wrong decision. Don't be like me, listen to the reviews and do your research. This site has an F grade with the BBB, and know I know why. Hopefully this helps someone else save their time and effort.
