Rude worker and accusing me due to their errors

After keeping countless factors up to become used I had been informed that I really could return anytime in July to get 5. I just have 81 factors and somehow I proceed in, the girl stated the purpose program transformed and that I purchased them I needed anyways. I needed my cashier and a reason asked the cashier alongside him. He was rude, he held directing at some journal and held stating my details split within the new program by 4 and reducing down me. He held interrupting me and increasing his speech. I simply wished to understand why I had been informed I really could get 5$ off after which all the unexpected I actually donot have sufficient factors to obtain off anything. He folded his eyes since my issue was not responded and sighed. I had been so discouraged that I quit the shop. I can not imagine being rude to some client by having an actual issue. I invested there to lots of cash but wont anymore, that is without a doubt. Not answering inquiries being rude and accusing the client may place you from company.
