Excellent customer service!

The other day I came into one of the Ulta stores, the location across from the Roseville Galleria and I was quite frustrated as I had come in multiple times that week and still was not happy. However, the combined efforts of Kylie and Jenn left me walking out of the store very happy with the product I purchased. Kylie spent about 45 minutes with me specifically, listening to my specific needs and what I was looking for in a make up and she went out of her way to make sure I left happy! She put about 8 different brands and colors of make up on me until we found one that matched me perfect! Jenn also did an excellent job of listening to me once I walked in the door, unhappy and recommended some products and then had me go with Kylie. They both did an excellent job of making things right and I still am very happy with the product I purchased! The next time I am shopping in the store, I will be sure to ask for one of these two! Excellent customer service by both of these ladies!
