Poor Customer Sevice

I ordered 2 necklaces out of this site, but I obtained 4 bracelets, none which were something such as the necklaces I requested. After delivering many emails, they ultimately approached me and required images. I sent images like they requested, plus they stated that the mistake was produced by the delivery organization, who changed the purchase with a different one.

I expected to come back the things to get a reimbursement, however they declined. The only real answer they provided was to resend my purchase easily settled 80% of the initial cost. Despite I repeated about 6 occasions through the mail chain that the alternative wouldn't function simply because they were to become presents, and also the event had handed, they extended to provide to displace them easily settled 80% of the cost, and declined to issue a return. They ultimately ceased answering my emails.
