Eturned product-no refund

This is a terrible company. I sent for the "free" samples and in less than 2 weeks time I received more product that I did not order with a bill for 78.82. I called the company and returned the product on 3/14. My credit card was not credited for the return. On 4/26 I again called the company and was told I would receive credit in 1 to 3 days. Today is 5/7 and I have still not received credit. What do I do now?
