Best fit - poole avoid them at all costs - alloy wheel refu

Just been down there, they have charged me an extra £30 per wheel over and above the Groupon deal cost. After waiting 30 minutes for someone to bother to appear in the office, I paid my bill i full and asked for the details of the owner of the garage so I could contact Groupon, confirm the terms and conditions and claim these extra fees back.

It quickly escalated into a shouting match and the owner was throwing stuff around the office. There were 5 other people in the reception area waiting for their vehicles, 2 of whom cancelled their bookings with this guy because they had witnessed my situation.

It then turned into a full on fight and he threw the keys of someone else's car at my face when screaming at me to get out! 2 other people from the reception area had had a similar problem where they had booked on Groupon and then Best FIT had bumped up their agreed price.

The owner of the garage is a grubby looking Turkish guy with thick black hair and a serious attitude problem.

You should seriously think about using them as you may end up being assaulted
