False advertising

I was completely mislead by what groupon said the offer would be and for what I received. I bought a Groupon Voucher - "Half Day Make-up and Hair Masterclass Plus Goody Bag with Illamasqua Products” for £42. I attended the class on 16 October, but it was not worthy £42. It finished at 1pm whereas it was suppose to last till 2pm. Total lack of organization and total unprofessional! I was really disappointed, but I thought at least I would have the goody bag. But there was no goody bag and I am still waiting to receive it. We were asked to call the Academy to give our address, which I did several times. But taking into account that I am waiting since 16 October for the goody bag it seems they have not intention to give it, therefore what you are advertising is false. I feel ripped off and tricked.
