False advertising

I went on line to try out the Stages of Beauty product. It was supposed to be free except for shipping. Now I find that my account is being charged $74.98 for more product which I DID NOT ORDER. And have not received I call this false advertising and want this canceled and my money returned. Jeannette Betz of Moultonborough NH
