Incompetent employees

I placed an order with customer service but instead of putting my correct zip code, she entered different on so needless to say, my order went elsewhere and was undeliverable and sent back. I now call the customer service dept. Again and give them the right zip code. The girl on the other side of the phone took down the info and told me that she would have it shipped in the morning. I waited another 2 weeks and still no product, so once again I called today and they told me that it was never shipped all they did was correct my address. I asked for corporate's phone number and was told that they are not allowed to give out that information. I don't understand why a company that sells to the public can not be reached by the public! I paid good money for a machine that I haven't been able to use in almost 2 months because of incompetent employees. I would never recommend this product to anyone due to their customer service and as soon as I'm done with this new one that they are suppose to be sending me, I'll look for an alternative just so I don't have to deal with their customer service ever again! Terrible!
