Treating employees like slave labo

I've created the error of employed by the corporation (on / off) for nearly 24 months now. I had been release the very first time due to overtime. I had been informed it had been necessary that I consider the courses each morning (one hour travel from my house) but still function the night change (my salon is definitely an hour 5 in the salon where the courses were kept.) I was ask to return since the salon was short-staffed. It appear my work would be to protect the routine. Our supervisor is addressing numerous salons. Once they are short-staffed I'm frequently delivered there to assist, but I'm prohibited to move. I perform extended hours, frequently alone without any use of a bathroom, food or water. I can't abandon the salon alone during business hours. Our finial hay has come recognizing that I've worked at no cost. Our supervisor stated that she'd to upgrade a whole full-head foil. And when which wasnot bad enough... Then got the PHONY consumer return. I gouged his hair with clippers (on the scissor cut.) The paper trail brings back again to another stylist. And so I was created up for botching the haircut and buzzing it out to a different stylist to protect my monitors. Obviously... I have to find ANOTHER work. I'll be cautioning additional stylist to remain from the Wise Designs of this type.
