Never got a refund back when they said they did refund me

I bought a Gucci case for $260.95 and that I haven't obtained the purchase and that I likewise never got a reimbursement when they stated they did return me. I believe this is bad company and that I do not like being conned for anything I purchased on the Credit bank card from Wal Mart. I believe that I ought to prosecute the organization at small-claims judge to obtain my money-back but, I be concerned that nothing works for me since I actually donot feel like anybody doesn't hear me. I believe that individuals tear me off like the mobile phones I purchased from Wal Mart and that I nvever got my money-back like the $260.00 to $300.00 for that telephones and also the prepaid phone cards.
