I just wanted to tell you that I have always chose Sun Tan City to tan but not anymore. I have been noticing a decline in customer service. A few days ago, I had a very rude employee that should have never been hired into the service industry!!! I couldn't believe that no one from the company has even apologized to me for this incident after I emailed the company. I thought Sun Tan city prided themselves in customer service and customer satisfaction. Obviously, not anymore!
