Never received items paid fo

I positioned two purchases, one the final of Might and another in August. Complete of equally, $586.90 were billed to my CREDIT. Never received both purchases. After two emails, I talked to custormer service 3 times, and on Oct. 11, I delivered a registered notice, that they obtained, closed, and that I got the green-card back as evidence they received it. However no reaction. This borders on ROBBERY. I am thinking how to proceed next. I am not likely to allow it to experience.
