As a desperate customer of HCM&W I had put up with the strong arm tactics and high pressure sales pitches, not to mention the degrading quality of service for 5 years I finally quit my $4500 a year membership and now buy my supplies online for $450 per year!!! Don't be fooled. It takes at least 2years for you to get it right and by then EVERYBODY knows. Good luck
