Poor quality

The quality of this jewelry is HORRIBLE. I have bought 30 pieces from them and have over 7 that have broken - finishes come off, chains break, pieces fall off - the glue they use is laughable. Most of these are after one wear. A few things have come broken. The company claims to have a "lifetime warranty" but they charge $5 per item to exchange it. And if you don't have your original receipt (because you've already returned something on that receipt!) than you're SOL. My friends who also have 10 or 20 Lia Sophia pieces have all had at least 5 broken or defective pieces each.

DO NOT buy from this company. The quality is ridiculously bad for the price that you pay.
