30yr Warranty & Owner Won't Fix

Pool has a crack with a tree truck out of the bottom of the fiberglass I am loosing 2in of water per day. Contacted Midwestpools and Greg Hoover (owner he said he wont fix the error). Contacted Viking pools which I have 30yr warrnty from no response from them then, reported also to the BBB and no response. I took out a 2nd loan on my home for this pool and i have nothing. I paid $29317.00 for a Pool I don't have to enjoy. And when I contact the company I got it from with warranty I hear I aint fixin *. Dont set well with me. Fix it or give me my money.
