Refusing to Refund

I returned the product and contacted the company via email back in December and have been emailing back and forth but the company keeps stalling saying that they'll look into it. I've provided all the information I could including a receipt from the post office for the package I returned to them. Four months later and over 14 emails later I still have no refund. Product didn't work on me but I can't speak for others.
