Will not remove a debt i paid off 5 years ago

I'd a merchant account with friedmans jewelers that visited nco. They did 2 bank drafts of more than 400 bucks 8 weeks in AROW in 2006. Today they're still confirming to credit companies that my debt is outstanding. All calls to try and repair it are overlooked and placed on store. I will get noone about the telephone and that I am getting pissed. I eventually possess a lineage credit rating which may be the only damaging factor I've on my statement. I truly want I really could understand this fixed out and obtain on with my entire life. I'm fed up with fretting about it.
