Breach of contract, untimely payment, etc

Posted a costly watch available. Buyer had 15 times to cover product and webuywatches get little % for getting a customer. The thing is that 15 times has handed plus they WOn't return my calls and communications and WOn't answerphone which wait has triggered me significantly hardship. (easily didnt require the cash I'd not need completed company together) they curently have 16 grievances and y score using the eee in under annually plus they simply popped on 11. Why are these folks still running a business?
