To whom this may concern,

I am writing to you today to inform you on a situation I have noticed happening in your salon. I take my mother once a month to the hair masters on Pines Blvd and flamingo rd in the flamingo plaza to get her hair down. She lives in century village and it is the most convenient place to go because it is close to her home. This is the second time that I have noticed this and it is outrages. There is this young women named Morgan there, which she refused to give me her name so I had to ask another employee for it, that for starters treats elderly customers "HORRIBLY." This is not the first time she does this that i why I am writing. I also noticed today what seemed to be a friend of hers that came to the salon to do her hair her friend payed her for the services and she put the money in her bra that I saw her. She also gave her friend about 4 bottles of from the price I saw on the product expensive merchadise. I am writing to you because I own a business and for me customers are what keep my business going. And at the rate that your she is going your business will probably will be closed soon. Also, giving away or what I consider stealing merchandise will also run your business down to the ground. At my store I do my own inventories. I do not know how inventory is done at Hair Masters, but if she is the one in charge of doing it, it will probably always turn up good for her convinience. Give her a surprise inventory count to see what happens. I also asked for Nancy and she bragged about how she fired her for stealing. I saw nancy at a hair salon which from now on I will be going to in the same shopping center and she told me she quit for other reasons. I hope you take care of this situation if not I will consider taking legal matters against your company because it is not fair for the elderly to be treated in such a bad manner.
