Defective clip on earring

I purchased earrings totalling $245.00 which were 9.0 citrine having a stone cut. The very first evening I'd them on a single earring simply dropped right out-of my ear after simply placing my hair behind my hearing. The 2nd evening, I dropped that earring simply wearing my coat and strolling to my vehicle. Never found it! I created a criticism to Ross and Simons verbally. They might care less! Moreover I had been guaranteed a call type a and am still awaiting that phone. They'd really poor customer support. Today I am caught keeping the statement, with no earring to exhibit for this.
