Continual Charging of Card

I took benefit of the "free trial offer interval" for $3.87 and instantly terminated on August 31st. Was billed $40.27 on 9/9 and $1.50 on 9/10 without getting any item. Named to protest plus they assured me that my card could be returned. On the other hand on 10/1 I had been billed for $88.17 and $2.97 but this time around I did so get the item. Same offer as before: named to protest and was all over again guaranteed my cash could be returned. This time around I named and terminated my charge card and submitted a notice of challenge to Credit but discovered still another cost on 10/15 for $9.84. Each time I contact they constantly inform me that my demand is likely to be prepared within 10 to 15 business days. Is not there something officially we are able to do to close these folks along?
