I just phoned Ulta and made a formal complaint! My hair color was also ruined by a stylist. I made my appointment with a "Experienced" more "Qualified" person in hopes of it Coming out Great! I also voiced Experiences that I have in the past regarding hair colors etc! In hopes of it coming out Great! No such luck! I've spent a total of 8-10 hours Letting them, Allowing them to fix it! Several Employees sit around making coments and Giving You Snarling Looks as if We as customers did something Wrong! They would also sooner Follow you around the store for 45 minutes than ask you if you need any Help! It's Ridiculous I've actually seen women Shoplifting While I'm Being Watched! I wish I would have read this forum Before going in! At the very least I might Not have got my hair done there! The employees of Ulta, most of the employees, think their wages come from the Ulta Heavenley Sky and Not Customers or Consumers! Respect, loyalty, and customer relations are a Learned Behavior Not one that ANY company can Teach! Class is also a Learned Behavior from Childhood Not One Anyone Learns Making Minimum wage! That's why I'd Rather go to the stores in the mall or Better Salons! It's worth the extra drive and the extra $! Seriously! It takes one apple, just one to spoil the whole bunch! Also just because a few customers shop lift doesn't mean we all do! I cant figure out if they're angry, bitter, or what exactly is going on? I just wanted to post this and share my experience! Trust me Good Or Bad Experience I share it! If my hir had come our Great I would have also called someone and told them! I mean this kid at Taco Bell treated me better than Ulta and I spent 5 minutes there and a total of maybe $15.00 to feed my family! I am just thoroughly disgusted and Choosing to Leave Quite a Bit of the Story Out! I don't believe in posting Names, Addresses, phone #'s etc. About an experience just to get a point across.
