I went to my first appointment and after the treatment was over i was forced to buy some products which the supervisor told me it well help the process of the treatment. I explained to her that i might have some stuff home that does the same thing and she guaranteed me that i don't cuase this was strictly for the laser treatment I told her if the product i have is the same i'm bringinG it back and getting my money back and she said ok. Make a long story short both products did the samething and she said i could not get my money back cause they have an all sales are final policy which no one told me anytime during any of my purchases and there are no signs in or around the lobby stating this. Bad business!
