OMG it is a BIG Fraud

I got scammed and I don't know what to do. I though it was a free trial and I paid $1.95. Then due to an emergency I had to take a trip after I got back my credit card was charged for two separate charges of $87 in one month.in addition to that they had given my credit card information to the third party and signed me up for the world club fitness and deduct another $24.82 without my knowledge. So I was charged for almost $200 for nothing as I was shucked and didn't even use the first stupid teeth whitening tube they sent me. I was on the phone for two days but so far no success. I mailed them both unused Tube but I they said that it is nonrefundable. I am sooo angry and trying to find a way to let them not to take advantage of people like me. So please if you can help me out.
